VGC Technical Services is the technical and support arm of VGroup. The VGC Technical Services team is situated in Midrand, Gauteng and is responsible for the following main support areas:

Technical Support

  • Machine preparation and testing (VSlot machines, VTap devices, VPlay consoles)
  • Testing and shipping of replacement spares
  • Machine deliveries by own fleet of vehicles
